THE PULSE

This is what matters this week.

Look around you right now.

The life you're living. The woman you've become. The people who love you. The roof over your head. The knowledge in your mind. The capacity in your body.

You are already living in so much abundance.

Not someday when you've achieved more, accumulated more, or finally arrived at some imagined finish line.

Right now. Today. In this very moment.

Abundance isn't something you achieve, gain, or manifest.
It's something you choose to live in.

It’s not a someday thing, a far-off event out there in front of you.
If you’re waiting for that, you’re waiting for a day that will never arrive.

This season isn't about adding more to be grateful for—it's about choosing to see with abundant eyes what's already surrounding you.

To live as the abundant woman you already are.
To celebrate what's already present instead of chasing what's next.

But let's be clear about what we're actually celebrating.

Real abundance isn't measured by what you've accumulated.
It's measured by how you're living.

Are you abundant in time—especially with those you love most?
Are you abundant in peace? In rest? In pleasure? In play? In joy? In laughter?

Because life is short.
Many of us are approaching or have passed the halfway point.
And at the end, what really matters isn't what you collected—it's what you inhabited.

The moments you were fully present. The joy you let yourself receive.
The rest you finally took. The conversations that went deep.
The laughter that filled your kitchen.
The times you stopped rushing and just... were.

This is the wealth worth celebrating. This is what living lavishly actually means.

You don't become abundant by fixing what's missing.
You become abundant by celebrating what's present.

Because abundance is a consciousness, not a condition.
And you—as Source Energy in human form—abundance is your natural state.

The practice isn't acquiring more. It's recognizing what's here.
What's been here all along.

The recognition begins now. 👇

The Season’s Secret to Radiant Skin is 20% Off!

As the holidays approach and the year winds down, I’ve been craving simplicity—rituals that keep me grounded, radiant, and nourished from within. Cold weather and full schedules can leave skin dull or dehydrated, but this season my glow has stayed strong thanks to Pique’s Radiant Skin Duo. It’s an effortless inside-out ritual that supports skin, energy, and overall wellbeing.

Sun Goddess Matcha is my calming morning start—ceremonial-grade, rich in EGCG, and incredible for firming, brightening, and supporting gut balance.
B·T Fountain, my afternoon reset, is a clean beauty electrolyte powered by clinically proven ceramides that hydrate at a cellular level, reduce redness, and visibly plump skin—without sugar or fillers.

Together, they strengthen the skin barrier, support collagen, and deliver deep hydration for a glow that lasts. Clean, pure, and travel-friendly, it’s the easiest ritual to bring into the new year feeling luminous and renewed.

THE DEEP TAKE

Where we go deeper—science, story, truth.

In the high forests of the Himalayas, there lives a creature whose story has been told for centuries—a teaching wrapped in fur and fragrance.

The musk deer.

It wanders the mountainside, utterly captivated by a scent so intoxicating, so exquisite, that it becomes the deer's singular obsession. The fragrance is unlike anything else in the forest—rich, mysterious, impossibly beautiful.

The deer cannot rest. Cannot stop.

It climbs higher into the mountains, searching. Crosses icy streams. Travels through dense groves and over rocky peaks, always following this elusive perfume that seems to drift just ahead, just out of reach.

The deer grows thin with searching. Weary from the endless pursuit. But still it continues, driven by the certainty that somewhere—somewhere out there—the source of this magnificent scent must exist.

What the deer does not know, what it cannot see, is this:

The fragrance emanates from within its own body. A small gland, hidden in its navel, releases the very scent it's been chasing across mountains and valleys.

The deer has been seeking what it already possesses.

Running from what it already is.

The source of the beauty it's been desperately pursuing has been traveling with it all along.

It IS the source of what it's searching for.

This is the human condition.

We search for abundance as if it exists somewhere beyond us. As if it's a destination we'll arrive at once we've climbed high enough, achieved enough, accumulated enough.

I know this search intimately. I've lived it.

Which is why, a few years ago, I committed to a 40-day abundance meditation practice.
Not because I wanted more, but because I wanted to experience life differently.
Every day, a different meditation.
Twenty minutes of sitting with one truth, letting it rewire my consciousness.

It was so powerful—so much shifted in my life, in my nervous system, in what I could suddenly see and receive—that when it ended, I did it again.
All 40 days. Twice.

Because this isn't information you learn once.
It's truth you return to. Again and again.
Until it becomes your baseline.

One day during that practice, the meditation filled my consciousness with such vividness that I felt like I had discovered the eighth wonder of the world:

"God is lavish, unfailing abundance. The rich, omnipresent substance of the Universe. This all-providing Source of infinite prosperity is individualized as me. It is the Reality of me."

I sat with those words.
Let them sink deeper than my mind, into my cells, into my knowing.

Lavish.

Not scarce. Not conditional. Not earned.
Lavish. Unfailing. Omnipresent.

And then the recognition that shattered everything I'd been taught:

This abundance is individualized as ME.

Not something I'm reaching for. Something I AM.

I felt that Truth in my soul.

That meditation became my touchstone. The entire philosophy and ethos of The Lavish Well and the Lavish ecosystem were born in that moment of recognition.

And now, whenever anxiety creeps in—about money, about connection, about success, about anything—I return to this truth:

There is nothing outside of me that provides the abundance in my life.

I AM that which I am seeking. I AM made of Source.

This is what I want you to recognize this season:

Abundance isn't a destination. It's your composition. Your nature.
The fragrance you're carrying through every moment of your life.

The question has never been "How do I become abundant?"

The question is: "Will I recognize the abundance I'm already living in?"

This recognition—this choosing to see—isn't passive.
It's one of the most powerful acts of consciousness available to you.

Because where you place your attention determines your experience of reality.

It is impossible to create abundance from lack.
It is contrary to every natural and spiritual law.

When you decide—right here, right now—to attune to the abundance surrounding you,
within you, flowing through you, something profound happens.

Your perception shifts from scarcity to sufficiency.
Your nervous system shifts from striving to receiving.
Your consciousness shifts from seeking to celebrating.

And suddenly, you're not the deer running through the forest anymore.

You're the woman standing still, breathing deeply, recognizing:

Oh. It's been here all along. I'VE been here all along.
I AM the abundance I've been seeking.

This season is your invitation to stop searching and start celebrating.

Not because you've finally accumulated enough.
But because you're choosing—in this moment, with this breath—
to recognize what's been true all along.

You are abundant. Your life is abundant. You are living lavishly right now.

Not someday. Today.

The fragrance you've been chasing? You're carrying it. You ARE it.

Now let's practice living from that truth.

IN REAL LIFE

What it actually looks like.

You've recognized the truth: you ARE abundance.
You're not searching anymore—you're made of Source, it’s all in YOU.

Now the practice becomes: How do I live from this truth?
How do I attune to the wealth of time, presence, peace, and joy that's here right now…and create more from that place?

These 5 practices are not tasks to complete. They're invitations to see differently.
To live as the abundant woman you are.

Choose one, or mix and match.

1. Morning Abundance Acknowledgment

Before your feet hit the floor, name three forms of abundance you're living in right now:

"I woke in a warm bed."
"My body is breathing without effort."
"I have people I love."

You're training your consciousness to recognize abundance as your baseline—
not something you're working toward, but something you're already living in.

2. The Celebration Practice

Choose one abundant moment each day and amplify it.
Don't rush past it. Receive it fully.

> That first sip of coffee? Pause. Savor. Let yourself feel wealthy in this moment.

> The afternoon sunlight through your window? Stop. Receive it. This is abundance.

> Your child's laugh, your partner's hand, the song that makes you feel alive? Be present to it.

This is time abundance. Presence abundance. Joy abundance—the kind that matters.

3. The "Already Here" Inventory

Look around your immediate space.
But don't just name things—name the abundance they represent.

The books on your shelf = intellectual abundance.
The photos = relational abundance.
The comfortable chair = rest abundance.
The windows = beauty abundance.
The phone = connection abundance.

You're not cataloging possessions.
You're recognizing the invisible wealth these things point to.

4. The Time Abundance Audit

This one cuts deep. Look at your calendar for this week.

Where are you abundant in time with people you love?
Where are you abundant in rest?
Where are you abundant in play, pleasure, joy?

If those categories feel empty—if you're time-rich only in obligation—that's information.

Not judgment. Information.

Because you can choose differently. Right now. This week.

Cancel one thing that depletes you.
Add one thing that fills you—even if it's just sitting with your child doing nothing, or taking a walk with no destination, or reading for pleasure instead of productivity.

Time abundance isn't about having more hours. It's about being present in the hours you have. Life is short. What are you choosing?

5. The Holiday Abundance Ritual

This season, create one abundance celebration ritual. Something to savor, not check off.

Set your holiday table days early just to look at it.

Light candles every evening and call it your "abundance hour"—time that belongs to presence, not productivity.

Play music that makes you feel expansive while you cook, clean, wrap gifts.

Wear something beautiful for no reason.

Have the long conversation. Tell the story again. Laugh until your stomach hurts.

Give from overflow, not obligation.

When you live as abundance—when you recognize yourself as the source—everything you need flows naturally.

Not because you're manifesting it. Because you're no longer blocking it.

And what flows is so much richer than things. It's time with people you love. Peace in your body. Rest without guilt. Pleasure without apology. Joy that rises unbidden.

This is the abundance worth celebrating.

This is living lavishly.

FROM THE WELL

What’s supporting the rhythm.

The Abundance Book by John Randolph Price

This tiny little book gifts you a 40-day abundance meditation that will transform your consciousness—I know, I’ve done it twice. This is the practice that gave birth to the entire Lavish ecosystem. Each day offers a new affirmation to meditate on for 15-20 minutes. Simple. Profound. Life-changing.

This isn't about attracting money. It's about recognizing your true nature as infinite supply. When you complete these 40 days, you won't be the same woman you started as.

And you might, like me, do it twice.

THE LAST WORD

You are not the deer searching for the fragrance.

You never were.

You are the fragrance itself—the beauty you've been seeking, the abundance you've been chasing, the source you thought existed somewhere beyond you.

It's been here all along. Within you. As you.

This season—this moment—is your opportunity to recognize what's been true from the beginning:

You are abundant. Your life is abundant. You are living lavishly right now.

Not because you've finally accumulated enough.
But because you're choosing to see with abundant eyes.
To celebrate what's present.
To live as the Divine fractal, the Source Energy you are.

The practice is simple:
Attune to the abundance surrounding you, within you, flowing through you.

Stop searching. Start celebrating.

The treasure isn't buried somewhere waiting to be found.
You're sitting on it. You're carrying it. You ARE it.

Live accordingly.

That's the shift. That's the medicine.

Until next week…

Be well. Be fierce. Be lavish.
